I was on the scene and SPD Cpl. Chris Bordelon says the children’s ages range between 18 months- 12 years old. Police say the investigation continues. Correction: I mistakenly called him Harrison his last name is Elkins (Shamar Elkins). I was referring to Harrison Street where another incident took place. Can’t describe what my life is like when they ask about it - it was an honour to be selected for the 1st ever cultural immersion trip that @barnermcduffie put on! Twelve of us were selected out of 100’s of students for an all expenses paid trip. I can’t deny how great God is, I’ve always wanted to study abroad even if it was just for a day.
