A husband is the head of his wife—not her boss and coworkers. A woman can have a boss at work, but her boss does not come before her husband’s authority. There cannot be two kings in a woman’s life there is only one and that’s her husband, not her boss. A husband leads; a wife respects and supports that leadership. That isn’t about control or ownership—it’s about order, roles, and respect. If it ever seems that she'll drop everything to run to her bosses command over her husband’s you have a huge problem on your hands and should prepare or consider leaving if the behavior dosen't change after a discussion about her priorities and behavior. Her job never comes before her husband.
