What is The Terms? Learn a little more about our film!

The Terms follows Julia, Evan, Casey, Nelson, and Rhea, five strangers who unknowingly agree to the terms and conditions of mysterious new apps created by the tech company Blunder. After accepting what appears to be ordinary user agreements, they awaken inside an unfamiliar house with no memory of how they arrived.

Moments later, they receive a message revealing the truth: they are now participants in a 24-hour experiment designed by Blunder. To survive, they must complete a series of increasingly dangerous challenges or face the consequences.

As the game unfolds, the contestants begin uncovering the dark secrets they each brought with them and the hidden reasons they were chosen. With trust disappearing and every decision carrying deadly consequences, they must decide whether to work together or turn against one another in a desperate fight for survival.

If you want to learn even more stay tuned for our @seedandspark launching tomorrow!

We want to individually thank each and every one of you-we are beyond grateful. Bringing The Terms to life means everything to us, and we couldn’t have hit our goal without you!

Fun crew secret: I made a bet with my team that if we got greenlit without self-funding, I’d get 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀 tattooed on me. A deal’s a deal... stay tuned for updates!

We are officially down to our last 3 days! From launching The Terms back in July to kicking off our @seedandspark campaign in August, our crew has been working tirelessly to bring this story to life. I couldn’t be prouder of this team and how far we’ve come together.

We still need to reach the 80% mark to get greenlit, so every single donation and share truly counts! If you are able, please consider donating to our student film or reposting to help spread the word.

Thank you all so much for the support, it means the world!

Every contract has its TERMS, this is your sign to sign on the dotted line and help us fill the box. 📝✨

Why your support matters:

A senior thesis is the culmination of four years of relentless dedication and our final statement before entering the film industry. The Terms grew from a concept about the butterfly effect into an ambitious story our crew has poured everything into bringing to the screen.

Because @seedandspark is all-or-nothing, we must reach our 80% goal in the next 8 days or lose every dollar raised. Your support ensures our hard work doesn’t stay stuck on the page.
