All jokes aside @metteblackburnphoto did such an incredible job, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her and her husband coming all the way to Brasil to capture such a special experience. 🤍

Ramon and I didn’t originally have plans for a second honeymoon since we figured we’re already doing a second wedding in Brasil haha, but it was recommended by many to visit Ilha do Mel while Mette and Sam were with us so why not? 😎

So we drove a couple hours, hopped on a boat, and dragged our bags to the island before even booking a hotel 😂

It turned out to be SUCH a fun couples trip and we were honored to celebrate their 9 year anniversary with them as well! Happy Anniversary you guys!🫶🏻

Here’s to more couples trips with yall in the future 🤪🥂

You’re not gonna wanna miss number 3…

1. New environments = stronger immune system. Obviously be wary and in control of what you’re baby is putting in their mouths, but allowing them to try new things in a new place builds stronger bodies from the inside out starting from day 1.

2. Higher and faster learning. There are SOOOO many new things that babies learn when you travel to new places. Their ability to connect the dots to the world around them speeds up to a shockingly fast pace, at least from what I’ve seen in my own daughter. It’s insane.

3. While your child experiences new things for the first time, you get to relive what seems like another round of firsts for you too. It’s like being a kid all over again yourself and living life to the fullest with nothing to worry about. It’s the best feeling ever. And bonus: you live longer the less stress you have 😉

So why not treat your kids to a new experience when it benefits you just as much if not more?

I just love this little life. 🥰
