31 exposed a bipolar 1 diagnosis that had me turning to the gym for some sense of control. In turn I fell in love with making meals again. I had some career obstacles, battled with decision paralysis and disappeared more often than not but I am grateful for family, another year to do better, be stronger, go on adventures (go on a date or two) and chase my goals #sagseason #danceitout by @_tola

9 lives🦋 Every lesson changes our brain chemistry for better or for worse. This lesson taught me to be easy with myself. How to advocate for myself within a Healthcare system focused on charge capture rather than diagnostic excellence. To finding a new flow. To never taking movement of the body for granted. To ask for and then accept help. To love myself through all phases because if the car crash 4 days before my 30th didnt do it, sleep deprived psychosis surely can’t 😊(Nov 2023) taken in Marietta, Georgia by @_tola
