Yesterday I attended my very first bodybuilding show, and I absolutely loved it! 💪❤️

The atmosphere was incredible, and seeing the dedication, discipline, and hard work that goes into these athletes physiques was so inspiring.

A huge shoutout to my coach on her first competition - you absolutely smashed it @abby_hfitness ❤️

Spending the day with T, my other coach @trharley_fitness made it even more special. Hearing his knowledge about people’s physiques and how the body works was inspiring 🙏

Not many ppl will train legs with me- I go into every leg session knowing it will be painful, things will get dark and tell clients a leg day should be slightly feared and a fear you can conquer.

@_tra_tracy_ stepped up to the plate today- training with clients is truly beneficial for both coach & client- allows us to see the intensity & form clients execute and as clients they can see what their coaches are made of and can pick our brains face to face!

Carmela took leg day on and completely smashed it! Emptied the tank with every last drop ⛽️couldn’t be prouder!
