Yesterday I had to say my final goodbye to my great-grandmother. This was one of the hardest things I had to do & I was not prepared. It’s still hard to believe that the person who’s been in your life from childhood to adulthood, who has never missed a milestone is no longer here. She was the best grandmother I could’ve ask for. I’m going to miss her laughs, her yells & her good ole homemade rolls (iykyk). Thank you grandma for a lifetime full of memories. Thank you for introducing me to coffee at a couple months old when you & pop pop used to babysit me while my parents worked, your girl is still addicted 😂 I loved our Sunday dinners at your house after church. I could go on & on with stories we shared but I’ll save those for when I’m feeling sad & remember all the good times. I’m going to miss you so much. Our family was so blessed that you were here for 95 years! I know it’s selfish to say I wasn’t ready but I only got to experience 28 of those years.
