A little bit of country & a whole lotta Love🤎🤠.
This is my peace 🐎✨. My time to be present, in tune, connected, to listen, & to give. I disconnect from the noise to simply just be. I tried wild berries (which were so good), moved on to cueing my lady to trot, & remained grounded, connected, & in control when the horse 2 places behind us got spooked. I’d do this everyday if I could… Soon come.

Been crying a lot of happy tears lately 💜✨. I have to thank God for that because Lord knows I paid my dues. I’ve been too present to have my phone attached to my hip… Everything is everything. Thee @indiaarie announced a second show on the date of my birthday and I knew I had to be there💜✨. I immediately booked a flight from Detroit to Atlanta✈️ to spend my birthday taking care of my soul & spirit. What a privilege to be able to experience the woman & artist I grew up watching & listening to all my life🥹. 4 rows from the front, I got the experience of a lifetime. I cried, but they were all tears of joy. These very songs got me through my health journey 2019 - present🫀 and have been the very soundtrack to my life. Besides Michael Jackson, India Arie was the second artist I was introduced to as a child by my grandmother, Gaga. She looked at me & said “Now listen. You need to learn this. THIS right here is music.” And so I listened. Part of the reasons why you all Love my tone is because I grew up listening to artists like India Arie. I could go on about the way she’s navigated the music industry, stayed true to who she is, and truly set an example for artists like me growing up. Yet, all I want to say is thank you God for shining light on my birthday this year. I was so intentional about my birthday this year & it feels so good to be in alignment💜✨🙏🏽. And maybe one day I’ll be singing bgvs for my favorite artists, but in the meantime I am eternally grateful to have had this moment🥹🙏🏽✨.
