2024, year 30! Some of my favs!
What a purposeful, emotional, humbling, & still a beautiful year! Filled with so much gratitude! Thank you God ! & soooooo much love to my mommy + granny, always feeling like a blessed woman because of them. Thank you for being the example + foundation!

Happy holidays!✨⚡️💫🤍 by @_truthbritold

Nature’s beauty!
Indulged in a steep, fun, yet tough hike, & made it to the top!
Privileged to have a brief moment to admire some of the natural beauty in the world. It’ll always be the simple things. Grateful to do everything that God allows! ⛰️🌵🌞 by @_truthbritold

I decided to make my first reel and plus I’m horrible at documenting/sharing my journey!

This is my journey. It has not been easy but I’m here and really appreciative of where I am now. I used to be 289 in high school😅 and got down to 215 nearing the end of college. Today I’m about 229 & although not exactly where I want to be I’m just really proud of the fact that I’ve managed to keep off the bulk of that weight. Definitely not perfect but I am so much stronger, firmer, and sharper -in spite of the scale! Fitness/weight loss is really not a linear process but you gotta keep going! It’s a lifestyle!

I’ve never been this transparent on the internet! It’s weird 🤣 but giving it a try lol. Hoping this inspires somebody to keep going ✌🏾

•DMV wit it! Got a glimpse of each connecting state! DC was the highlight, aside from all the museums/activities; it’s the place that birthed many important historical moments as well as the birthplace of one of my favs & one of the smoothest soul singers!

• I also had to try some of the fresh blue crabs. I clearly didn’t know what I was getting myself into. The legs were good but the body, I just couldn’t get into! I ended up on google browsing crab anatomy 🥴😩😅
