Crossed the finish line of an Ironman 70.3 with tired legs, a full heart, and a reminder that we are capable of far more than we believe.

1.2 miles of swimming.
56 miles of cycling.
13.1 miles of running.

But the biggest challenge was never the distance it was overcoming the voice that said “slow down” or “stop.”

Today was proof that discipline beats doubt, consistency creates confidence, and perseverance changes you forever.

Every early morning, every hard workout, every sacrifice was worth it the moment I crossed that finish line.

Keep moving forward one mile, one step, one challenge at a time. 🏊🚴🏃

There’s something different about crossing that finish line as it’s been awhile! It’s not just about the miles it’s about the discipline, the grind, and the conversations you have with yourself when it gets tough.

Today was one of those days where you dig a little deeper, Push a little harder and prove to yourself you’re capable of more!

🏅 13.1 miles complete! First run in months with no training and feeling good 🙌 I definitely missed running, and the running community reminded me why it’s truly amazing.

Big hats off to @blazetrailsrun 👏 The venue, the volunteers, and the support stations were absolutely top-notch. Couldn’t have asked for a better Saturday morning… and yes, I enjoyed every step of it in Paris 🇫🇷 (well, Texas style 😉).

The real purpose of running isn’t to win a race it’s to test the limits of the human spirit! Another race completed, a Marathon with a PR! Such an amazing course with some farm views on a trail! This is my 80th event completed and an early birthday present for myself! Let’s go, and always enjoy the process, it’s not easy but man it’s an accomplishment for yourself!! Be proud of yourself!

Thankful Tuesday Thought with my friend @_tworth_ Aaron just completed the Salem 70.3 Ironman race. We recorded this clip prior to that, which is why I didn’t mention it in his intro.
