In times of distress, the Bible offers us wisdom and comfort. Just like we have emergency numbers for help, we can turn to scripture for guidance. Psalm 46:1 reminds us that God is our refuge and strength, our ever-present help in trouble. When life feels overwhelming, reflect on these timeless verses that can bring peace to our chaotic moments. Remember, you’re never alone; seek support from your faith and community when needed. by @_tyasymone
