🏈Pilates isn't just for women—it's a game changer for men and athletes, too!💪

💜💛JMU football player Tyler Brown recently joined Mountain Movement and Mindset to train with Libbi on the reformer. Tyler transferred from Colorado and plays offensive line for the Dukes.

Tyler is no stranger to Pilates—his mom owns a studio in Jackson, Mississippi, called Pilates of Jackson, so he understands firsthand how Pilates can benefit athletic performance. He's been training on the reformer since he was in high school!

Pilates isn't just about flexibility. It's a powerful training tool that helps athletes improve core strength, stability, mobility, balance, body awareness, and injury prevention. For football players and other athletes, a stronger, more connected body can translate to better movement, improved performance, and greater resilience on the field.
Tyler is so sweet and polite and we're excited to have him in the studio! We look forward to supporting him throughout his season. Go, Dukes!💜💛🏈
