A few days in Bend with the @sunhomesaunas crew. Getting to build a business with my best friends and family is about as good as it gets. I know how rare that is, and I don’t take it for granted. Grateful for this team and everyone who’s helped us get here. by @_tylerfish

Sun Home rang the bell at @nasdaq At the invitation of @incmagazine, our co-founders Tyler and Adam flew to NYC to join fellow founders from the Inc. 5000, celebrating their place among America’s fastest-growing private companies. Seeing Sun Home on that stage was surreal. Knowing how many people helped us get there made it mean even more. To our team who puts everything into this company, our customers who welcome Sun Home into their homes, and everyone who believed in us along the way: you’re part of this moment. Thank you for giving us something this big to celebrate. We’re just getting warmed up. by @_tylerfish

I’m honored (and in still in awe) to share that @sunhomesaunas has been ranked the #1 fastest-growing consumer services brand and #20 fastest-growing private company overall in America on the Inc. 5000. Since I was a kid, I’ve wanted to be an entrepreneur and build my own company. This recognition is a surreal milestone in this roller coaster of a journey. There have been plenty of moments when I thought about throwing in the towel: months of negative cash flow, pouring every commission from my last job back into the business, and leaving a comfortable tech sales career to go all-in on Sun Home. It was the scariest leap I’ve ever taken, but also the best decision of my life. What kept me going was my crew: my Co-Founder @spicolifish, our family, friends, and the quickly growing Sun Home team. Your belief in us and in what we’re building kept us focused when the challenges stacked up. I’m beyond grateful for you all, and I’m fired up for what’s ahead! by @_tylerfish

Cold plunges activate the prefrontal cortex—the brain’s control center for focus, willpower, and decision-making—by triggering a strong, acute stress response that demands mental discipline. When you voluntarily endure the discomfort of cold water, you’re essentially training your brain to override impulses and stay calm under pressure, which strengthens neural pathways associated with self-control and resilience. Over time, this builds mental toughness and enhances your ability to manage stress, make clear decisions, and stay present in challenging situations 💪 by @_tylerfish
