athens.

unique in its dichotomy, beauty and constant change, it embodies heraclitus’s “πάντα ῥεῖ” (“everything flows”) in a way that has always inspired me.

grateful for having grown up in its energy and culture, and that during challenging times, it always serves as my anchor and source of strength.

three nights of ayahuasca in this sacred temple.

awe and beauty. dark and light. evil and good. mind-bending and peaceful. the full spectrum of life’s existence.

grateful for it all, and for my spiritual family.

@el.suchi and @annika_wildrose for holding the space in such a unique way. @pedrito_infinito for the support and teachings on this journey.

eternally grateful to my spiritual sister @marysol.prada for initiating my path of deeper connection, and for guiding me along the way.

my calibration ritual. for grounding, cleansing, aligning, and overcoming.

every ceremony is like a microcosm of life. you go through pain and discomfort to get to serenity. and when you do, peace awaits.

blended perfectly into hydra’s landscape - as if it grew naturally out of the island’s soil - jeff koons apollo is a reminder that time and human evolution are both continuous and cyclical.

to me, hydra is deeply personal. after first visiting in the 1990s, i reconnected with the island during a transformative time. it reminded me that beauty and terror are two forces that keep us growing. and that no feeling is final, because it only ends once, everything before that is just progress.

“there is a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in.” (leonard cohen)

“ουδέν κακόν αμιγές καλού” is an ancient greek proverb originating in stoic philosophy. its loose translation is ‘out of every bad occurrence, something good will emerge’.

athens has always been the place where i feel most connected to life. its energy grounds my soul and allows me to find stillness within.

this land of light has been my anchor and guide throughout all these years. it taught me one of seneca’s most profound insights, that “as long as you live, keep learning how to live”. taken in Athens, Greece by @_tyllmann_

pure love and gratitude for this haven. @lacasa.decristal is more than just a roof over your head, it is a safe space and a deep work sanctuary.

it also synced me with nature in a beautiful, raw way, and grounded me in its elements.

forever grateful for this transformative time, and for my lil’ sis @marisol_prada .

thank you for being a gate opener, a space holder, and a teacher. your love and altruism is a blessing for us all.
