6 months, before and after ⏩

I've always been a yo-yoer when it comes to fitness. When I'm on, I'm on, but life finds a way to cut it short so we start again. When I'm off, I'm really off. In August I was at rock bottom with my health so I hadn't been to the gym in 3+ months, I was stripping my diet to try and detox from severe mold exposure, and some other big life changes just took me out and I could barely muster up a walk.

I've never been so dedicated to rebuilding myself in healthiest way possible, mind and body. I got to a point where I didn't know how to push myself in the gym anymore so I asked for help (if you know me you know that statement doesn't exist in my vocabulary lol) and now I'm actually growing a booty for the first time in my life?! Thanks for putting up with me @bneal_fit by @_urkahh_

More from Italy // Mostly just my food by @_urkahh_

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to visit Venice, Italy, representing our company @lorenwoodbuilders alongside @glasshousegallery.carmel & @felt_space.

We were hosted by @oikos_venezia, a company rooted in craftsmanship, innovation, luxury, and enriching the human experience. We connected with professionals from all over the globe, designers and suppliers committed to unique design solutions and high level engineering.

The stunning architecture, the exquisite food, the friendships made - it was truly the experience of a lifetime. I'm so grateful to be in a field that challenges and inspires me every single day, and I will forever cherish this trip. by @_urkahh_
