And like most of us, I kept quiet about the pressure… the confusion… the isolation.

but no one talks about what we’re even carrying.

Not for clout. Not for image.

For brotherhood.
For real guidance.

Men We Need To Do Better ‼️

I Know We All Grew Up Hearing Showing Emotions Is Weak & We Don’t Talk About Our Problems.

Part Of The Reason Men (Esp Caribbean Men) Have Deep Mental Health Issues Is Because We Don’t Know How To Create Spaces For Each Other To Talk Without Feeling Judged Or Be Seen As Weak.
