The art of traditional chinese architecture.

The way chinese roofs are made is so unique and beautiful. It holds so much history and technical craftsmanship. Walking around ancient temples and cities feels like being transported into another world.
Every roof has its story to tell.

The serenity of japanese shrines and temples.

Witnessing hundreds of years of tradition and religion is a special feeling, like entering a different world. The wind rustling in the leaves, the chimes and bells ringing, the chants being sung from the heart, all leave a trace in your soul.

Torii gates beautifully represent the separation between the mundane world and the sacred world of the gods, something I find fascinating. Did you know Shinto shrines sometimes place a mirror in their main hall instead of a deity's statue, because it is believed to house a god's soul ? It's also said that by looking into the mirror, you honor the divine spirit within yourself, which I find truly beautiful.

A camera is only a tool, what matters is your vision.
A phone is more than enough to enjoy photography !

What camera do you use ?

- 3 pics were shot on the @samsung S24 Ultra, the others were on 5 and 9 years old phones.

Go out and start taking photos !
