I don’t think I got through a single set of chest uninterrupted.

I really didn’t want to injure myself
I didn’t want to break the tile floor
I didn’t want to put a hole in the wall…

But, those tile mats were not helping at all!

Thankfully, I finished the workout injury free and feeling really good.
