買外賣，撞到個朋友(in your face喎😂)

佢呢輪好忙，忙住上水，同打掃佢嘅小房間，
早兩晚仲開成小K房。

正常情況，我都會喺佢身邊支持佢。
不過依家個世界，唔黐線唔正常。
連合照，也沒有。

前晚，臨睡前pillow talk，
Vee突然話：
「你知唔知呀，呢隻碟都好似我個仔咁㗎！」
喺黑色嘅空氣裡面，
從音量同語氣，
我聽得出好多嘢。
佢係一個好內歛嘅人。
呢句說話，唔止千言萬語。

由《威廉》到依家，三年幾？
我見住佢、明仔、菇，
花咗幾多時間心機落隻碟度。
煞科嗰日，我哋仲4個一齊大叫。
(我都係飄過打氣嘅啫)

佢Co-produce，又係混音師，
尤其混音，好手作，好多時間。
係職人嘅生命投入。
我做廣告，最明白混音的無名與磨人。
重複又重複，重複又重複重複再重複。
Fine-tune。精煉。
佢日日係咁揼石仔。

一句，我明白，佢好想喺現場。
只係喺K房live現場。
夠了。

嗰個語氣，我依家都記得。
佢揀咗喺我隔離。
我個心嗰種「銀」。。。
(X我真係好憎寫emo post)

「《小房間》我編㗎，我mix㗎」
佢話：「成首歌係喺我哋屋企錄架！」

我都記得嗰晚。
佢哋上我哋屋企，
好多時都會打俾我video call。

我好掛住我哋屋企。

我估好多人都係。

Ongoing co-producing with 黃耀明，today we work on recording multi layers of backing vocals written by Goo herself. We have been working on the whole project for 3 years and approaching the last stage of production, counting down to wrapping up. A very intimate and tranquil project. 🪿

I think any musician will benefit from learning to DJ....developing taste, learning how to read a crowd, and to connect (my most favourite), the deep cultural link of music genre, or simply soul searching. Such a joy. Shoutout to Thomas who said yes and allowed me to practice in your wine bar, showing up every week and documenting the process.

‘Four Introductions’ is a sequence of lyric poems written by Eric Yip and music composed by Veegay in response to interviews published in Hong Kong queer zines. They take on the interviewees’ emotions and characters—from rueful to whimsical—and portray their stories through a surreal, associative lens. At their core, these poems prod at ideas about the self, as well as the many ways we can introduce ourselves to the world and ultimately, be understood.
《四重介紹》是由葉晉瑋創作的一系列抒情詩，配上李端嫻譜曲，靈感源自香港酷兒小誌上發表的訪談。這些詩歌捕捉了受訪者的情感和性格──從千回百悔到奇思妙想──並以超現實主義的聯想視角展現他們的故事。其核心在於探索自我，以及我們如何向世界介紹自己，最終被人理解。 by @_veegay_
