We spend our daily lives being labeled (for simplicity, for convenience, and often without ever truly feeling represented by the boxes we are put into).
But then you walk into a club, and it no longer matters where you were born, how old you are, what you do for a living, or what accent you have when you speak. In the club, we are all free to express what’s inside us and to share our different energies through music, leaving each time more enriched than before.

Through this short piece for an Einausflug event at the @bundeskunsthalle , I wanted to give people outside the dance world a small taste of this concept. Five dancers shed their work clothes to meet during club hours (from 10 to 5; yes, it really happens) and simply share their personalities, seeking connection and fun.

Deeply grateful for the participants' energy, @taban_schmunkeln music, and the shared vibe among all the artists.

Huge shoutout to the organization of Einausflug and @bundeskunsthalle for the opportunity and the constant support throughout the event.
Special thanks to all the dancers who showed up: you helped me shake off the nerves and brought pure positive energy to the dancefloor.

And of course, massive thanks to @ma.mi.6411 @melina.gre @pauli.pyp @claraa_ro who put in the work for this performance, in a completely new environment and with nothing but professionalism.

House Clubs sind nicht nur Orte der Unterhaltung, sondern soziale Umgebungen, in denen Formen kollektiver Synchronisation, des Ausdrucks von Identität und körperlicher Befreiung entstehen. Das Tanzen spielt eine grundlegende Rolle.

Ihr meint, ihr könnt nicht tanzen. Ihr wollt vielleicht nicht mal tanzen? Wenn Vertigini @verti.gini in der Nähe ist, gibt es keine Optionen: Ihr könnt und wollt tanzen. Und ihr tut es mit ihr und dem Tanzkollektiv zusammen – ob in Performances oder Workshops.

Jacci @jacci.x3 wiederum fragt dich ständig Fragen. Zumindest, wenn man einmal angefangen hat, ihre Sticker in Bonn zu entdecken. An diesem Abend fragt Jacci dich und deine/n Bestie Fragen und zeichnet von euch und eurem Dialog ein Porträt.

Erlebt am 22. August einen kreativen Rave in der Bundeskunsthalle mit DJs, Live-Kunst, Performances und einer Atmosphäre, in der nicht nur gefeiert, sondern gemeinsam etwas Neues erlebt wird.

House clubs are not merely places of entertainment but social environments where forms of collective synchronization, identity expression, and physical liberation emerge. Dancing plays a fundamental role.

You think you can’t dance? Maybe you don’t even *want* to dance? When Vertigini are around, there are no other options: you can dance, and you want to. And you do it right along with them – whether in performances or workshops.

Jacci.x3, on the other hand, is constantly asking you questions – at least once you’ve started spotting her stickers around Bonn. Tonight, Jacci asks you and your bestie questions and creates a portrait of the two of you and your conversation.

On August 22, experience a creative rave featuring DJs, live art, and performances – an atmosphere where you don’t just party, but experience something new together.

Househead and cognitive-behavioral neuroscientist, Vertigini’s path moves between dance, research and education.

For years she has been advocating for neurodiversity through individualized and inclusive approaches, building creative and safe spaces centered on emotional and sensory awareness.
Her work explores the intersection between House and neuroscience, approaching movement as a tool for interoception, expression and co-regulation through musicality and common experience.

Keywords of this warm-up will be: curiosity, fun, sharing.
