I evolved my suic1de spin combo. It’s now got a titanic var. to Hera on the end. The lactic acid was strong at the end of this one, omg shaking like a sh1tting dog 🤣. Prob one of the hardest combos I’ve ever done. This is a very rough draft, and the only time I did it through start to finish. I’ve now got a few months to get this to look good by @_verticalvibes

This is a huge moment!! My first ever Russian layback bridge without my mummy holding me. This is a massive moment because me and Russian layback are not friends, always had a massive mental block with it and I finally did it it after all this time. Are you proud of me mummy, am I a big girl 🤣🤣 @wilde_poler by @_verticalvibes

My first ever performance at @halopoleandaerialstudiopreston What a fantastic night, everyone who performed did so well. I’m pretty chuffed with this, it’s a 4 min combo heavy piece with little rest periods so thought I’d maybe overestimated myself being able to do this in front of actual people, but I managed to pull it off by channelling Jenyne Butterfly energy. Very grateful to Gabbi, Viki and Sam for filming so I could get shots from different angles. by @_verticalvibes

Stargazer iguana flip thing @soph_aerialfitness showed us. This needs to be a lot faster but it’s so scary so that’s not happening any time soon 😅 by @_verticalvibes

Choreo by @francesca_polex with a bit of freestyle at the end. Why do I laugh like Paulie from the Sopranos 🤣 by @_verticalvibes

I was trying to figure out combos for my showcase and came up with this, but might have to leave it be because I was huffing and puffing all the way through it. Too hard! 😅 by @_verticalvibes

Love this swirl spin, here’s another combo with it, part of it I learned from @soph_aerialfitness ages ago and part freestyle. Should’ve stuck a jade on the end but didn’t think of that at the time. Also, this was so fast in parts it had me screaming again 😅 by @_verticalvibes

Love this spin. I remember when an aerial shoulder mount felt completely unobtainable, I thought I’d never be able to do it. I feel that way about deadlifts and iron x now. Kind of gives me hope that even though aerial SMs are still hard, I can do them 99% of the time, so maybe one day, I’ll do a deadlift. by @_verticalvibes

Not the ending I was hoping for 🤣 by @_verticalvibes

Cool transition I saw @katelinsell do. I need to keep the rotation going but it felt like I might just go flying so this is all you get 😅 by @_verticalvibes

We’re at it again. Outtakes in stories by @_verticalvibes

Does that count as an iron x if I only held it a second? Had to do it legs straight too because legs hinged at the hip is just way too hard. And a tiny flag, calling it that because it was just a fleeting second. by @_verticalvibes
