Flat Fields Activation Space 13.00-16.00 > 25 06 26 71 Rue Réamur, 75002 The collection: Tatters - destroyed ruined torn to pieces and in shreds – familiar? Vexed SS27 takes inspiration from old British layered trickery and wild spectacle. Tatters describes the rag outfits fashioned by labourers in 18th century England to disguise their identity whilst dancing in the street to raise extra money – a pursuit frowned upon by their employers. Made for movement and airflow Vexed SS27 explores the freedom afforded by anonymity, disguise and spectacle through drape, layering, and colour. A revolution without dancing is not a revolution worth having! by @_vexedgeneration_
