Looking at these late summer allotment flowers, I am thinking about my friends in Pal*stine who are entering a third autumn of unimaginable suffering. Many are undertaking a dangerous and expensive journey of forced evacuation under intense bombing as I type. All have endured the loss of loved ones. Some have experienced serious injury or have complex medical needs in a place where the health system has been deliberately destroyed. They have had their homes and livelihoods ripped away from them, while their children have been deprived of their educations. Food, water, fuel, medicine, shelter are a daily struggle.

Click on the profiles below to meet the people I am supporting. To survive is an act of resistance against g-cide. Please help these families survive by donating, boosting and sharing their campaigns. Even small contributions are meaningful.

I haven’t shared photos of Zayn’s burns here because they are really awful. Zayn is obviously in a lot of pain and requires ongoing care. Please contribute here to his family’s campaign ➡️ @the_arafat_akram (link in bio) by @_vibrantmatter

MAKE TODAY THE DAY YOU START SUPPORTING A PALESTINIAN FAMILY. We are looking for 5 people to contribute just $10 - the cost of 2 takeaway coffees - towards a family of 13’s monthly rent.

Mohanad’s campaign is #2 in my 🔗🌳 in bio. Meta keep disabling his profiles so he cannot link to his campaign and fundraising is difficult. PLEASE LEND HIM A HAND TODAY.

The pic is of Mohanad’s little nephew Yaman who lives with him. ❤️ by @_vibrantmatter

URGENT EMERGENCY APPEAL: 3 Families Are Starving 🚨
I am only 18 years old, but I am currently carrying the weight of supporting three families—my own, my brother’s, and my sister’s. We are going through the hardest and most painful days of our lives, and we desperately need your help today more than ever.
My little nephew, Yaman, is battling severe malnutrition. He is fading away before our eyes, and I am heartbroken that I cannot even afford his basic milk and diapers. The other children in our house are crying every single day from agonizing hunger.
We have reached a point of absolute desperation.
💔 How you can help right now:
$5 or $10 might not seem like much to you, but it literally means life-saving milk for Yaman and a meal for a starving child today.
Sharing this post can reach someone who is able to help us survive.
Please do not scroll past our pain. If you have any mercy in your heart, consider donating or sharing this post immediately.
