GLO & FLO was magical from start to end! I couldn’t imagine a better way to spend a Sundayyy🤎✨

An elevated afternoon dedicated to mindful movement, glowing skin and relaxation with my girls!

Events like this truly remind me why I’m so grateful to be in the fitness community and collaborate with other women! It’s about building lasting connections and empowering one another on our journeys!

Thank you to all the lovely ladies who came to relax and indulge with us! I can’t wait for the next one! @real.glo.getter @healinghands_kc 🤍

What an AMAZING turnout at the @_vic.fit_ and @mikayla__celeste Glo & Flo event! ✨🤎

I had the opportunity to provide chair massages, connect with so many incredible women, and be surrounded by an amazing community of entrepreneurs and changemakers.

To God be the glory! 🙏🏽✨

I’m so grateful for every person I meet, every connection I make, and every opportunity to collaborate. When we come together, work hard, support one another, and use our gifts to make a difference, AMAZING things happen! 💫

I truly wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of such a beautiful event. I’m already looking forward to collaborating with you again! 🥰

Had an amazing time at the first ever GLO & FLO put on by @_vic.fit_ and @real.glo.getter

Had such a refreshing mobility flow and got to enjoy some LED therapy, a massage by @healinghands_kc and a toast to the amazing women behind this event!

This was such a good reminder to slow down and remember to take care of ourselves in the midst of busy work life.
