A new Japanese spot in Irvine! 🍜🥢 @isshoku_kitchen just opened, specializing in Japanese comfort food from rich, flavorful ramen to crispy katsu and udon! We got to check them out and loved seeing all the different options on the menu. Always exciting to welcome a new food spot to Irvine!

Sushi Damu is offering a 7-course chef-curated omakase followed by their Premium AYCE menu — so ofc we had to try it.
The omakase features premium fish with different preparations, including:
Sashimi • Bluefin tuna + fresh wasabi • Salmon + olive oil & basil pesto • Yellowtail + sesame oil & sea salt • Chef’s daily fresh fish
Sushi • Bluefin tuna + fresh wasabi • Salmon + pollock roe & egg yolk garlic sauce • Yellowtail + sesame oil & seaweed salt • Sweet shrimp + truffle sauce
And the best part — after the omakase, you can keep ordering from their Premium AYCE menu, including unlimited bluefin tuna.
