1% progress is also progress. I know I'm too far from an independent handstand hold but I also know that I've come too far and I won't give up now.
I'm soo happy that I could do 2 second hold away from the wall 🙈❤️

Love this song by @paradox.here & @mcsquare7000 😍❤️

Navratri 2026 ❤️🪔✨

Some festivals are celebrated, but Navratri is felt in every beat of my heart. ❤️ The devotion, the garba, the colours, the divine energy, and the feeling of being truly alive - nothing in this world comes close to the magic of these nine nights. Garba isn’t just a dance; it’s a piece of my soul. ❤️‍🔥🙏🏻✨

Day 22 of documenting my journey to my first pull-up. 🔓💪

No shortcuts. No skipping the process. Just showing up and getting stronger, one session at a time. 🔥

Mighty Himalayas 🙏🏻🙌🏻❤️

September reminded me that sometimes you don’t need a new version of yourself - you just need to find your way back to her. 🤍

It’s time to refocus, realign, and show up for the goals that matter.

And most importantly, fall in love with myself again. ✨
Back to me. Back to my goals. 🖤

The hardest part of becoming better isn’t the work.
It’s letting go of the version of you that was comfortable staying the same.

Because the best part of any journey isn’t the destination- it’s the people you share it with. ❤️

Turns out, becoming stronger changes more than just your body.
