Since May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month, I thought this was the perfect time to talk about why SPF is so important ☀️

It’s not just about sunny holidays or avoiding sunburn - SPF also helps protect against premature ageing, hyperpigmentation and long-term UV damage

a little BTS from a filming day with Boots 🎥

we covered a few different health topics for their YouTube channel and it’s always so nice being able to share advice outside of the pharmacy setting

still feels a bit surreal seeing everything that goes into these shoots 😅 but honestly such a fun experience every time
