Nothing made me consistently happier in 2025-2026 than a very good martini, good ambience, and a nice, slow, conversational dinner with a loved one. Bonus Bliss™️ if it was at a steakhouse. by @_whitney_h_

Goodbye summer!!!!! This outfit/shirt was such a MVP for me this summer — she deserves her own post. Cute, flattering fit. Delicate navy material. Milk Maid™️ all the way. A smattering of tracks on repeat, a video I couldn’t stop thinking about. Confirmed that there is no one better to listen to while doing your hair and makeup than @galen.tipton & @keithrankin albums. Their collaboration on their album Mobile Suit Gym Rat has truly been a mainstay for me since it rocked my world last February (continues to be a strong contender for my AOTY 😤😭). I urge you to listen to @galen.tipton Nu Jock Swing album, invigorating!!! by @_whitney_h_

@jimebrown666 released a new album in August of 2026. Beyond excited to have scored it on tape. The album is called Dawn of a New Man, and let me tell you, it couldn’t be more true… Enjoy exploring the wonderful cassette, album art, rich songs, and documented difficulty of getting the cassette case open; Fort Knox, anyone!? Join me in sharing a cheers(!) 🍻 with our shining star from Manchester and his incredible trove of a discography at only 19 years old. It’s just a really good album, with soul-baring beauty, and an occasional soft association to The Cure guitar-wise, really. Proper stodge!!!!! #jimebrown #dawnofanewman by @_whitney_h_

Behold, another prized @100percentelectronica gem. @georgeclanton limited edition “Slide” picture disc 💙🛝👖👟 Purchased in 2024. A fond and important era for many Clantonites. No one does their merch game as well as 100% Electronica. That’s why my house is filled with like, 98% of their (past and present) available merch. DIY at its finest. #georgeclanton #100percentelectronica #slide #vaporwave by @_whitney_h_

Continued summer ease. I had the best carpaccio (arctic char) of my life at @stpierrerestaurant and really, maybe the best Grey Goose martini with a twist of my life, as well. Went back twice in one week for it. Continued wise and affecting words from Ray B. of Chat Pile (Heyer Lusk album is essential) @raygun_busch . A little thrifting with my dear @jessicadonahue . Exciting tape deliveries from @desolationplains @ddsnuwrld @techhonors @orchidcamp333 . The Swan Lake National Accounts mixtape was listened to ad nauseam this summer 🌀😵‍💫 oh, and @galen.tipton was the soundtrack of the summer, more to come on that… by @_whitney_h_

August. Acquiring more silver jewelry this summer was a fun project. Peep the stunning, gargantuan Mill City farmer’s market bouquet. by @_whitney_h_

By mid-August this year, my “current-state-of-the-world” induced nihilism was finally dissolved a little and I got to enjoy the ease of summer with family. Merch deliveries were a consistent source of comfort and joy. @keithrankin short film Babel Archives : Imprisoned was delivered as part of the @ddsnuwrld mixtape club, honored to hold a physical copy. Enjoying some @georgeclanton tapes, of course. by @_whitney_h_
