Wow… feels pretty damn good to suck a little less at this crazy game we play 🤣

Way too many people to thank from all the amazing gyms, coaches, and training partners I’ve been lucky enough to learn from along the way.

Grateful for every round, every lesson, and every ass-kicking. On to the next one 🤙 taken in 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Banbury by @_williams1234

Officially ultramarathoners
53km 1,600 meters elevation.

So proud of @_schofield_c for everything she put into it. ❤️ I entered on short notice because I wanted to support her on this massive challange, and it ended me 😂☠️

For Charlotte another day in the office -> she’s just booked another one!! (I’m not invited 😂 thank the lord!)

For myself this being - my first ever half marathon and marathon distance 😳(the signs all there ! (I wasn’t cut out for this) But in the car when I signed up for this ,that morning espresso craziness threw logic away) 😂

But the champ she is , she didn’t leave me behind even when my legs failed me! And I can happily say I’m retiring from this sport as an ultramarathoner 👍 I think I’ll stick to judo !

Thank you to my amazing support team @emilyelspeth @aidandagnall - who showed up when needed and provided everything they could 🙂

Cotswold way I’ll always remember those hills!

ChesterJudo ❤️! I'm humbled by the incredible talent around me, but one thing's for sure - this club's got heart! Traditional values, passion for the sport, and non-stop fun! I'm still a work in progress, but Judo's got me hooked! 🙂 @sadler_rob @judojess thank you for the Judo, the chats, bike fixes and all the rest 🥋 taken in Hoole by @_williams1234
