Some of the many powerful benefits of Stingless bee honey ⚡️ by @_wisdomofnature
When people think of New York State, they think about the food, concrete jungle, all the noise, and the city that never sleeps… but driving just 1.5 hours up North from Manhattan lands you at the area with some of the most fertile soil in the entire United States! Did you know that? I recently learned this when I moved up here. This information is so important to me right now considering how depleted from nutrients U.S soil currently is. You learn something new every day! The geologist in me is happy 😂 by @_wisdomofnature
Didn’t put a song on this because the sound of streaming water and happy children is more than enough 😍 grounding with my babies and creating a life we don’t need an escape from… thankful we get to spend our days with the freedom to choose. Connecting, being present, and filling our hearts with love and intention 💙 🌱 always in alignment. by @_wisdomofnature
Let’s unite and help those in need. These situations are the ones that show us how powerful people in unity actually are. It doesn’t matter if you’re from the right or left remember that before all that division WE ARE HUMAN. by @_wisdomofnature

🌎 As a way to celebrate and honor Pachamama this Spring Equinox, spiritually protect our baby, and close a chapter of our lives, we buried our placenta. The placenta is an organ that forms solely for the purpose of growing and nourishing a baby. It is a big deal 🫶🏽 I encourage all mommies to be to keep their placentas. 🌱 As a mother of four, I didn’t always make this choice but I learned a lot along the way. This was my only pregnancy in which I went above and beyond and had a free birth that was unmedicated and unassisted. Whether one chooses a home birth, birthing center, or hospital setting, I encourage to keep the placenta and become as aware as possible regarding the birthing experience. 🤰 Giving birth is more mental work than it is physical. One has to break free from the minds limitations and stand firm on personal convictions. We were taught to see birth as a medical emergency rather than a divinely ceremonial experience that connects us to the most high. Birthing a baby isn’t easy, but it is beautiful when we tap in to our power and intuition. 🌀So trust. Flow. Surrender. As wombman we are powerful, gifted, strong, intuitive, connected, and capable of manifesting anything 🫶🏽 by @_wisdomofnature

Harvesting black walnut hulls is a process that typically takes place in the fall when the nuts ripen and drop from the tree. The hulls are removed from the nuts, dried, and processed for various uses. The process of harvesting black walnut hulls is labor-intensive but straightforward. The nuts are gathered from the ground, and the hulls are carefully separated, typically by hand, to avoid damaging the nut inside. Once removed, the hulls are dried in the sun or using low-heat methods to preserve their bioactive compounds. Black walnuts (or Juglans nigra) are celebrated for their bold, earthy flavor and impressive nutrient profile. They have been associated with many health benefits like reduced heart disease risk and weight loss. The antioxidant and antibacterial compounds in their outer shells, or hulls, make them useful for naturally treating parasitic and bacterial infections. High in omega-3 fatty acids and many vitamins and minerals, black walnuts may reduce heart disease risk and possess antic*nc*r and antibacterial properties. Due to their antimicrobial properties, black walnut hulls are sometimes included in natural toothpaste and mouthwash formulations to promote oral health and prevent gum disease. The benefits of the black walnut tree are extensive. If you’re ever around this side of the world, make sure to keep an eye out for this highly medicinal tree 🙏🏾 by @_wisdomofnature
🍃 We dont always have to drink bitters and gag, sometimes we can use them for herbal baths 👌 This is one of the easiest ways to cleanse the body of heavy metals (yes even the kids!) This herb is a blood purifier, detoxifier, assists with lymphatic drainage, colds, flus, and so much more. Chaparral has many benefits when taken internally and/or externally. (P.S. drink with caution).
