Is what makes me appreciate being back in South Africa. 🇿🇦

Heritage Day is about celebrating what we love most about our heritage and cultures. What I love most about mine is that I get to celebrate everyone I love because, honestly, that’s what being South African means to me - UBUNTU. 🫶

I am because we are.

Thank you for sharing your love, your sense of culture, your community and your languages with me - or together with me, at least. Engels, Afrikaans en pure Suid-Afrikaanse terme en woorde wat net óns sal verstaan. 🤍

Missing those that I love who are far from me today - my family in Aus, the USA and the UK. But so grateful to be spending Heritage Day in the same country as those I love deeply and dearly. 🇿🇦

1. First time at Emperor’s Palace together in about 8 years 🥹🫶

1.Last flight for a while! ✈️
2.The ever so beautiful and fluffy cat that I could never own because of my sinuses but get to love when I visit his owners! 🥹
3. Got to see my beautiful friend for the first time in a WHILE♥️
4. A night to remember with this gorgeous lady!
5. My besties got engaged! 🥰
6. Baked a cake for a very special person🥹
7. More kitty love (the cat was not as happy as we were) 😹

Calum Scott, Pretoria, January 17th 2026!

So many things about this concert were special. It was my little cousin’s first big concert and I am so grateful I got to take her to it. It was a bittersweet mix of happy and sad because it fell on my dad’s heavenly birthday and it was so special to be able to spend some time paying respects to him while living it up (which is exactly what he’d want me to do).

The confetti also had written notes on every single one of them- so much thought and effort! This was my second time attending Calum’s show (first time was in Durban and next time will be in Cape Town😹)
