What an amazing weekend… and honestly, what an amazing month overall🤎

As I enjoy this last day of my 39th year, I’ve been reflecting deeply… and my heart is so full. Beyond grateful. Beyond proud!

I’ve accomplished everything I set out to do. My kids are so dope, genuinely cool, humble, grounded little humans & I’m not just saying that because they’re mine… they are truthfully amazing

Even our dogs are amazing 😭 Zuma catches snacks mid air and if I tell her to drop it, she actually does! Me?! Absolutely not! I’m eating it 😂 And Dollar may be grumpy, but we can’t imagine life without him, He might bite the rest of us… but never Bri 🤭 and we love that

My home is everything I ever prayed for
Everything I dreamed of creating❣️

And I’m excited to continue hitting milestones, continuing to grow, continuing to heal… because healing really is lifelong
I look forward to planting seeds of courage, love, and hope into everyone I encounter… and if they open that door, I may preach a word or two of Him 🤍

Life is so beautiful
My favorite part is those realization moments… when suddenly it clicks and I’m like, “OHHHHH… I get it now” 😂 Or when my kids look at me like, “Yeah, you right… but why you know everything, lady?” 🤣 Or those moments where I cry… then laugh right after 🤭

Just sharing these beautiful pictures because yesterday felt so intimate. So soft. So much womanhood, comfort, sisterhood, and peace. Sharing one last day with my girls as a 39-year-old woman who is happily, fully embracing 40 tomorrow 🤎✨ see ya again when I’m 40😂

And the celebration definitely isn’t stopping 😜 I’m stealing a little more of this month to continue celebrating in harmony with the people I love

I been a fan forever, no lie. As NY’ers & Dominicans, that pride hit a lil different, real deep 🇩🇴
When I heard @radelortiz was pulling up to Hartford, I told the girls WE OUT!!!
And let me say this… I’ve been rocking with @lizbelortiz since 2020 when her book dropped & before that! Seeing her was Pure pride✊🏾 The way she carries womanhood, her roots, her culture, it’s felt! Heavy! Authentic!
The whole Ortiz family? Super dope. Solid. It was really an honor meeting them in person 🙏🏾
I kept telling the girls, “I hope we see Lizbel!”
Whole time we get seated right next to them 😮‍💨
I’m over here trying to stay cool, cause you know NY’ers don’t be doing too much 😎✊🏾

I’m my mother’s 4th out of 5. Raised not just by her, but by a village of strong, beautiful women—both my grandmothers, my Godmother, and my aunt—all of whom now rest in heaven.

I had the luxury of love from the best—women who shaped me with grace, wisdom, and relentless care. My sisters and cousins (all 8–15 years older) never minded their business, and I thank them for it! They kept me grounded, kept me laughing, and kept me on my toes—10 toes DOWN!

All my OGs have transitioned… except my mama. And by the grace of God, I still have her. I know one day—far from now—I’ll have to say goodbye to her too. So I’ve made a promise to cherish every moment with her and carry her legacy (and theirs) forward with love and purpose.

I’ll pass the pieces of them I carry into the hearts of my children.

I went to war to save my body

Folic acid is the synthetic form found in many supplements

The active form that the body needs is methylfolate

Your body has to convert folic acid into methylfolate to use it, to absorb it
