A slight delay of a post. @thedriverscollection show Sunday, And what a reyt do it was. Started off leaving early morning for the 2hr drive in awful weather and not going to lie I was questioning my decision. But it cleared up the further north we got. I’ve know this crew for years now and never attended this show with the Audi not being done, like @rollhardd you’ve got to support the people who are bring the vibe and people together and TDC are a proper group who also take the time to chat outside of shows.

Lovely chilled vibe and a chilled day out. The sun even made an appearance. Met a man who kicked a pigeon once and finished the day taking home runner up best of show. This genuinely wasn’t expected and not sure how I bagged that. what a way to sign off an unbelievable show season with the car on the road.

10 of 10 last, but by no means least.

Sam Eaton’s Audi 80 is a car where no stone has been left unturned.

Built to an incredibly high standard, the attention to detail is clear throughout. Every part of the car has been carefully considered, with the quality of the work making it stand out without taking away from what makes the Audi 80 special in the first place.

This award isn’t just for the car, but also for Sam himself and the help he gives to others. That includes Doey’s E21, which we featured previously another car that benefits from Sam’s knowledge, time and attention to detail.

A seriously impressive car, built by someone who is always willing to help others and share his expertise.

A very deserved place in our Favourite 10.
