An ode to me. 🥂✨

This birthday feels different. I’m not able to move how I usually do, and I’ve had to become a LOT more intentional with how I move through life. But instead of sitting in a slump about what I can’t do right now, I’m choosing to be happy. I’m choosing gratitude. I’m choosing to love this version of me, too. And I LOVE THAT FOR ME. 💋✨

Because despite not being able to move the way I want to, somehow, someway, I still managed to get everything I desire in the process. And baby… I’m WINNING. 🥂

So here’s to resilience. Here’s to gratitude. Here’s to becoming more intentional, more grounded, and even more me. Here’s to making something beautiful out of a season I never would’ve chosen for myself.

I’ve been sitting on this for a while…

As many of you know, I experienced a traumatic injury on January 21st.

And as difficult as that time was, it also gave me something I kept putting off for years…

Time.

Time to sit still.
Time to reflect.
Time to finally do what I’ve been saying I would do.

So I wrote a book.

On April 9th, I will be releasing my first of many books:
Honey On Concrete — Book One.

It’s layered. It’s intentional. Not just because of the story, but because I finally accomplished something I once only talked about !
And that means everything to me.
