Trialeti Trophy!!!!! Thank you so much @usfigureskating for this incredible opportunity, and to Ann, Kyleigh, and Kathryn for their support throughout the competition! Thank you to @jjcassar @bold.athletics @laeliteice for your endless support and guidance on this journey.

A rough short but insanely proud of my freeskate and now it’s just time to put it all together and lock in for Sectionals!
No complaints though, considering I only had a week of training after coming back from getting married if anyone was interested lol

There’s so much in life I’ve accomplished and look forward too, both in and out of skating. Coaching before and after my training, hanging out with friends in the evening, living the married life — I just want to enjoy the process and put 100% in everything I chose to do. Work hard play hard 💪🏻😤 by @_yndesu

off-season update (but really it’s like three things)

Jump On It! Yet another amazing opportunity to skate in Colorado Springs and translate for Mihoko and Shota Higuchi from @lysfigureskatingclub
Thank you so much to @usfigureskating for this incredible experience. I learned so much and can’t wait to share with my own students. Also met a lot of skaters during the camp that came up to me to express their support so thank you!! Special shoutout to @lorenz.magri for some insane exercises that I need to work on myself lol. Can’t wait to go back!

At the same time, @laicetheater was representing the U.S. at Nations Cup! Congratulations to the junior team on their SILVER MEDALS and the novice team for bringing home the GOLD!!! For the past three months, I’ve had the pleasure of working with LAIT open, novice, and junior teams as part of my fieldwork for my masters degree in Sports Psychology. Putting in 9-10 hours a week on top of my training and coaching was tough, but I am so grateful to have worked with all of you. Thank you, LAIT, for giving me the privilege to learn and grow alongside your skaters. Keep breathin!

Program announcement!
Short program: Billie Eilish medley
Choreography: @jjcassar and me!
Everything feels really natural and personal and I’m so excited to share!
Freeskate: STRANGER THINGS by me!
It’s creepy, it’s sad, it’s sci-fi, it’s epic. Ready to run up the hill 🤪 taken in World Arena Ice Hall by @_yndesu

Nationals AHHHHHH!!!!!
Never in my LIFE have I ever felt as nervous as when I took my starting pose. My hands were trembling so much I was so scared I wouldn’t be able to move, but I did. Thank you to my coaches, club, family and friends for supporting me and preparing me for these moments. Thank you to the crowd and everyone I met in St. Louis for showing me so much love and support. 💛

Landing and learning all my triples at age 21, to looking at an international assignment and performing at Nationals at 23 was not on my life bingo card, but I’m so happy and grateful it turned out that way. I love skating in a way I never have before, and amazed at myself and the progress I’ve made as a person, an athlete, and a coach. I’m so proud and thankful to have represented my story, and I hope my skating has shown that it’s never too late to learn and grow. So excited for my future and a chilis triple dipper!! Think I deserve it🤪🤪
