YouVived was so grateful to be in attendance at the Essentials for Godly Living Women’s Conference 2026! What a beautiful and much-needed time with so many incredible women.

I was especially elated to show up and support our amazing friend and sister, Kiesha Wilkinson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C alongside the beautiful Dr. Jasmyne A. Duval. These sisters absolutely brought the house down!

The conversations around mental health, emotional wellness, and intentionally taking care of ourselves are conversations we NEED to keep having. That’s part of the heart behind YouVived—to create space for these conversations, encourage women to prioritize their well-being, and support those who are already using their platforms to do the same.

So excited for everything ahead for these amazing ladies, and we’re equally excited about this next season for YouVived. We have some special things coming as we continue creating spaces where women can talk, heal, grow, connect, and thrive.

This weekend, YouVived had the joy of supporting Believe & Bloom, hosted by Faith, @mrsfaithestel 🌸

It was a beautiful afternoon for women to slow down, connect, create, and spend intentional time in God’s presence.

We got into the Word, had meaningful conversation, and Michelle, @hello_michelleo , walked us through creating our own beautiful flower bouquets. 💐

And listen—the food was GOOD! Chef Joshua of @chefj_creates provided an amazing spread of refreshments and treats for us to enjoy throughout the afternoon.

We even had a raffle sponsored by @ivhisglory , featuring their apparel and journal, and they also helped make the event possible by providing the space.

It was faith, creativity, good food, laughter, and community all in one room.

At YouVived, we believe in being a community for communities—supporting women who are creating spaces for others to grow and flourish.

Faith, I’m so proud of you and what you created.

We were never meant to do life alone.

God created us for community—for people who can pray with us, sit with us in the hard places, celebrate with us, and remind us of truth when our minds feel overwhelmed.

Community doesn’t replace God, therapy, or personal healing work—but healthy connection can be part of how God carries us through.

Sometimes you find your village. Sometimes God calls you to help create one.

Do life together. Heal together. Grow together. 🤎

Sometimes we’re so focused on getting out of the middle that we forget to look for God in it.

We pray for the breakthrough, the healing, the next season, the answered prayer… and all of those things matter. But don’t become so consumed with what God will do next that you miss where He is right now.

The middle isn’t wasted. It’s often where God shapes our faith, heals what we hide, and reminds us that His presence is greater than our circumstances.

The point has always been Jesus.

I’m still overwhelmed by the love and support from the book signing. It was such a beautiful night, and I’m so grateful for everyone who has encouraged this journey. Thank you for believing in the vision.

Healing is biblical. Rest is biblical. Therapy can be biblical. But so is obedience.

Don’t let fear disguise itself as wisdom or let pain become your permanent address. God is your hiding place—not your hiding lifestyle.

Take a moment and ask:
“Lord, am I healing… or am I hiding?”

Can’t believe it’s already been a week since In the Middle.

One thing we kept coming back to that night was this: grief was never meant to be carried alone. God meets us in our pain, but He also uses His people to bring comfort, perspective, and hope.

Real healing happens when we create space to be honest, care for our mental and emotional health, and keep pointing each other back to Christ. Community doesn’t erase the pain, but it reminds us we don’t have to walk through it alone.

Every detail was thoughtfully prepared to create a warm, welcoming environment for our In the Middle: An Evening of Reflection & Book Signing.

With the support of my incredible team and close friends, we were able to create a beautiful DIY setup that truly reflected the heart behind the evening. A special thank you to Odeline for partnering with us on the stunning stage backdrop—it brought the vision to life so beautifully. And thank you to our amazing brother and longtime friend, Kervins, for capturing every detail and every moment so beautifully through his lens.
