IFBB Taiwan Pro Show 2026
🥈Natural Wellness Open Class A

So so close to the top I could taste it. But success isn’t a maybe, it’s a when. I don’t mind working through the “no”s, it’s only a matter of time.

Best physique I’ve ever presented. Undeniable changes in just a year, and getting to show it on this same stage again made me so proud.

@katingenriquez , thank you for helping me become who I only ever envisioned myself to be, and for pouring your knowledge, heart, and soul into helping me shine up there. I’ll never forget those minutes right before I stepped on stage, you and @harvs_mercado had me more pumped than the bands and carbs combined. Netflix could’ve filmed us right there.

Sir @michaelsyyu @rpfit.media , thank you for trusting in me and making this possible. Proud to represent the team, and thank you for reminding us to enjoy and have fun despite the pressure.

I didn’t even think I was going to compete. Something about last year’s season made me feel like my body had stopped believing it could do great things. I stopped at show 3 and started rediscovering my fire.
I began my off-season strong with my coach Kat, and slowly, carefully, I started feeling like my best self again, content enough that I would’ve taken the whole year off if it meant continuing to grow in every part of my life.

We weren’t really looking into joining a show. Then @warriors.classic announced the dates, and it turned into a bit of a “let’s see what happens if we try” situation. 14 weeks out, we started prepping. “Will I make it? Will I look good in 14 weeks?” I didn’t care, I was at peace. I let Kat do the thinking, followed the protocols to a T, told no soul, kept my head down, and did the work.

I presented a physique that could still be better, but is my best to date.

I won, again, albeit against myself. BUT I WON.
Endlessly grateful to my coach and my support system for making this possible. Hard, honest, happy work pays off. So I’ll keep working. With a coach like Kat? I can do anything. IF WE CAN ALREADY SEE THE TOP, WHY STOP?
