Believe me when I say that im tearing up whilst typing this, on a long train ride to Prague

I grew up on Financial Aid. Taking a bus trip up to Genting felt like luxury. Canteen coupons made sure I had the same hearty meal as my classmates on the table. "Make sure you finish your bread and milo before you go school" my mum at 6am, without fail. They still are a luxury to me till this day and the thing is;

I never wish for life to change more than what it was.

"But you know, it wouldn't hurt to see what happens if you try"

And today, as we mark (slightly) more than 3 years in this career, having close to 200 lives in my care and celebrating it with a long 2 weeks trip in Europe, I really have got lots to say but ill keep it short. For the Team:

Thank you for accepting me as one of your own. I always think about how flipping blessed i am to have chanced upon each and everyone of you. Always found myself more than happy to come to the office. The 2nd closest thing i have to a family and I wouldn't trade anything for that. Thank you for always looking out and celebrating me and I honestly can't wait to see this Organization grow even bigger 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽

For my clients reading this post:

Thank you. Thank you for trusting the work that I do and entrusting some of your secrets and, at times, piping hot teas. I initially doubted this career but meeting every single one of you only made my resolve more concrete. I have so much to say to each one of you so im really looking forward to meeting every single one of you okk!

If anyone of you reading this is considering a fulfilling career that involves lots of yap, coffee meet ups and tons of grit, im more than happy to receive you in the DMs.

Woah, TheDollarDietician is offically 1 year old!!!

This goes out to all of my clients who took a blind leap of faith with me! I know it was scary initially, with me being newly minted with almost zero credibility but here I am, with extra bits of decoration but lots more dedication than I started off and its ALL credited to yall! I’m always 8 numbers away for yall 🫶🏽

A year cleared is definitely a year slayed. To clearing many more financial goals and making the dollar werk overtime for us together hehexd

How do I begin?

Iceland felt like a dream I don't want to wake up from. A dream seeded during my Poly days and now, this trip is a bigger personal achievement than my accolades.

Sure, waking up to a freezing and windy 4am Sun in a campsite isn't exactly my cup of coffee but the one thing Iceland allowed me to feel in entirety is the fact that the long daylight hours (16-17hrs on average) made one day there felt like an actual full day, rather than a typical fast paced day back home. A remedy if anyone finds normal a day moving too fast hehe

In that as well, I actually learnt to be in the moment of things, staying grounded. Before, I've always been available physically but mentally, I'm hours ahead. But everything here, serenades your soul like a Siren would to a sailor. A true adventurers sanctuary. It embraces you right from the get go and although you're free to go, you just find yourself mentally stucked in awe.

Truly living out the burnt toast theory this quarter

And in case you didnt know what the burnt toast theory is 👇🏽

Everytime you burn your toast, miss your train, or get stuck in a awful traffic jam, you are actually being delayed for a reason. Not everything that goes "wrong" is meant to derail your plans or to destroy you. Some things are just redirections or protection in disguise.

So even if you dont end up where you planned to be, you'd still arrive where you're meant to be.

Could take a week, a month, a year or a few but have faith. What's meant to be, will definitely be
