Celebrating 5 years of movement, strength, and growth! Yesterday marked my Pilates anniversary with @c2_body, and I couldn’t be more grateful for this journey. Huge thanks to @c2_body for being such an incredible space to build strength—not just in my body, but in my mind and spirit as well. Every session challenges me, grounds me, and reminds me what I’m capable of. Here’s to many more years of core work, control, and community!

RIP Paul Reubens

Thank you Paul for creating the iconic Peewee Herman. It was a breath of fresh air for this once awkward tween to feel okay not conforming and embracing joy in the weird, the quirky...and sometimes the dark and the mischievous too.

Hope Peewee is riding his bike thru afterlife's Elysian Fields of Fun.

Putting up some orange to kick off MS (Multiple Sclerosis) awareness month.

Last month on February 1st I had an anniversary...it was 20 years ago on that day I was diagnosed with the alien I share my body with.

I've always referred to it as 'the alien' since it takes possession of parts of me that are beyond my control. I try my best to take care of myself in ways I know work for me and that I can control. Sometimes it's hard for others to understand because some aliens can clearly be seen and other aliens go undetected by our naked eye. Either way the journey with the alien is not an easy one and to everyone sharing their body with an alien... 👽 👾 👾
