One year ago, I stepped into this role.I spent the last 365 days quietly building the machine, changing the vision, and establishing a new pace. The prep work is officially done. The foundation is set.For my one-year anniversary, we bring you a historic global first: a massive 5-cover fold-out rollout. The first man, the first football player, and the very first Turkish national on our main cover, right ahead of the World Cup.
