My heart is forever broken.. 💔
I don’t even know where to start because I’m literally lost for words. This can’t be real! You can’t be gone! I was just with you, literally just talking to you so God please help me understand why..? Why did it have to be him.?? You were literally the nicest person, had a heart of gold, never did shit to anyone and always looked out for yours!

So many thoughts keep running through my head. I keep wondering if you’re ok.. if you were scared when you took your last breath… why you had to leave me so soon 😢 This shit literally hurts like I’m so numb I don’t know how to feel I just keep crying my eyes out. I’m trying to stay strong because I know that’s what you would’ve wanted me to do but this one gone take a minute. This one really messed me up. I don’t know if I’ll ever recover from losing you.

It literally hurts every bone in my body to think about this, to think about you actually being gone! My heart will never be the same now that you're gone. A piece of me left with you but I know your piece will always be with me. I promise you I will keep your name alive. Your son will know you and how good of a person you were, how deeply you were loved and how many lives you impacted by just being yourself.. it just hurts me so bad that I can’t see you grow old, can’t see your face when we welcome our child into this world, can’t see how excited you were to become a father and do all the things we talked about together! you were so excited to become a father 💔 but now I have to be strong for the both of us and our family. I love you so much and I’m so sorry this happened to you, YOU DIDN’T DESERVE THIS!!! Our story can’t end like this, we had so much planned and talked about doing so much but it’s okay you rest now. Just continue to watch over us and keep us safe. I will always miss you and I will love you forever. You will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart Tay along with our memories, our love, our laughs and every moment we shared... until I see you in the next life my baby just like you said @slfmd31991 ♾️♥️🖤🫂

so proud of myself and how far l’ve come in my fitness journey 👏🏽👏🏽 it hasn’t always been easy trust me lol but that’s where discipline, consistency and the desire to change my lifestyle for the better comes in at 😮‍💨😫 HUGE shoutout to my trainer @_lizfitt 🫶🏽 for helping me and being patient with me during my whole entire journey!! becoming more than just a trainer but a real close friend of mine, l love you so much girly🥹🤞🏽But don’t count me out just yet lol this is still just the beginning of a long journey ahead, better is yet to come 💯

To Our Unborn Son:

Before you enter this world, just know you were already loved before you were even seen. This world can be cold but you’ll never walk in it alone. You come from strength, prayers, & from purpose. Even in my darkest times you brought me light. I was chosen to be your mommy and I am forever grateful for you. Your dad was so excited for you and talked about you so much. He already knew that you were a boy before we even found out. Even though he’s no longer here with us just know he lives on in you, he will always be with you in everything you do. Thank you to everyone who showed up to our baby shower yesterday I really appreciate all of you from the bottom of my heart!! Y’all showed up and showed out for me, Tay & Baby Sy and I’m forever grateful! I really felt all the love and support and enjoyed myself. Big thanks to everyone who helped plan and put things together, love y’all 🥰 This has been the first time in a while I’ve been happy and full of joy. I know we made Tay proud and he’s just looking down smiling at all of us!! We really did our big one for you baby and we will continue to honor you & keep your name alive!! 🗣️🗣️♾️♾️♾️

I know this process will be difficult at times but I’m glad to know I have the love and support from his friends and family. It really warms my heart to know I have so many loving & genuine people to back me up whenever I need it!!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 Tay is so lucky to have you all to look out after us and I am too!!

Tay I miss you so much literally every single day and this hasn’t gotten any easier 😢. Today was one of the hardest days of my life 💔
saying goodbye to you again was so emotional for me! I don’t wanna let you go I don’t wanna believe you’re actually gone, this pain is so unbearable. You were literally my favorite person, my everything. Losing you has changed me physically, mentally and emotionally forever. I will never be the same after this 😫

I miss you so much! This world is nothing without you, it just feels empty, every things just feels empty without you! I know you’re in a better place and God has you now but I just wish I could talk to you, hug you and kiss you one last time. I wish I could see your smile and laugh at one of your jokes. All I have are memories now and pictures to rely on of you. I wish we had more time to make more memories together but I will always hold the ones we did make closest to my heart until we meet again one day.

I’m so blessed and forever grateful to have known and had someone like you in my life. You were really one of a kind. I know this will take some time but just know I will never forget you and what we shared. I hold you and our memories we created closest to my heart forever 🤞🏽I will carry you with me in spirit forever! Consistency is showing up for myself no matter what 💥

These next 30 days I’m challenging myself to stay consistent with my workouts, meal prep and others goals I set for myself, fell off but we back locked in now turn me up!!! 👏🏽
