✨ God restored. ✨

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to attend the Mental Health America Conference in D.C. with an amazing team of women passionate about serving others and advocating for mental health. 💚

There was a time when people (even those closest to me) doubted my calling as a Licensed Master Social Worker:

💬 “How can you help others if you can’t help yourself?”
💬 “Good luck finding work.”

But God. 🙏🏽 He took what was meant to discourage me and turned it into a testimony. My struggles didn’t disqualify me — they equipped me. My trials became my story.

If you’ve been doubted, criticized, or told you’re not enough — don’t believe the lies. God’s story for you is greater than any voice trying to bring you down. 🌿

a quiet reminder of God’s goodness, His plan unfolding perfectly, just as Romans 8:28 promises. It’s a time to abide, rest in His presence, and trust that He is working all things for good.

Thankful for His gentle nudge to create this prayer journal—a space to pause, reflect, and invite others to seek Him through prayer and His word.

How do you make space to abide and hear His voice in your daily life?

When we choose to abide in Gods presence, we must also seek to walk in the same way in which Christ walked.

💌 Hey you, Jesus loves YOU.

There is so much freedom and peace in knowing and accepting the love of our Heavenly Father. Despite the hardships we face in life and the pain of failed relationships, His love remains constant and steadfast.

Through His love, we find the strength to grow, the ability to overcome, and the grace to see beauty even in our brokenness.

Let us trust in His perfect love, for it will never disappoint. His love is the foundation that keeps us grounded, the light that guides us, and the source of all true peace and freedom.

Looking back years from now… God can surely do a mighty thing! Being able to witness the transformation in not only your own life but the life of others is absolutely insane. We once were lost, but now we are found. He gets the glory! ✝️
