The countdown is on 🚀

4 tickets. 4 days. ⏳

4 ⏳ days until we rise by the sea
3 🎟 spots are almost gone (well, 4 for now 👀)
2 🔥 hours of movement, music and good energy
1 💧 morning you won’t want to miss

Every ticket also includes your own Aura by Hydroguard, which will retail for $88. Unlike some popular tumblers that are made using lead, Aura is handmade from natural clay, with no plastic, no metal and no linings. Only clay ever touches your water. It keeps your water naturally cooler in the shade, gives it a softer, earthy taste, and is made to last.

Welcome to the Rise & Hydrate family, Southend CrossFit Maroubra Beach 💗🖤

Southend is a local Maroubra gym close to my heart. I’ve trained there myself, and I highly recommend it. What I love most is that training there is about feeling good and moving well for the long run, not just the workout. Everyone is welcome, whatever your age or level, and you feel part of a community from day one.

They also have our Hydroguard shower filters in their gym. Two local businesses looking after our community, inside and out.

And they’re bringing gifts 🎁
🏋️‍♀️ 2 guests will win a month of unlimited training at Southend (valued at $316 each)
💪 Every guest gets 3 intro sessions for $25 (usually $50)

For those who don’t know me yet, I’m Amanda, a mum and the founder of Hydroguard. I started it at home, looking for cleaner water for my family. Today our filters are in homes, salons and kitchens all over Sydney, and Rise & Hydrate is my way of saying thank you to the community that got us here 💧

📣 MEET OUR BREAKFAST PARTNER 📣

Breakfast by the sea is in very good hands: @vidas_meals 🥣🌊

Raissa and Fernando started Vidas Meals in Sydney with just 17 meals in their very first week. Today they cook hundreds of fresh, Brazilian-inspired meals every week, made with the same care as day one 🤍

Their mission is simple: great food, easier life. Ours is clean water for every home. Put them together and you get the perfect way to finish a morning of movement 🇧🇷💧

After functional training and guided yoga, we’ll sit down together by the ocean for a fresh breakfast by Vidas Meals, with water in your own Aura by Hydroguard 🏺

Every great morning deserves to be remembered, and we’ve got the right person behind the camera 🎥

Say hello to Gabriel Santiago, @gbrjobs, our official media partner for Rise & Hydrate ✨

And yes, Aura is already looking good through his lens 💧

Rise & Hydrate is our way of bringing the Hydroguard mission to life: clean water, a healthier routine, and a community that moves, breathes and hydrates together 🌊

Dani (@danifoizer) isn’t just our yoga teacher, she’s part of the Hydroguard family. She has our filters at home, and that’s exactly why this feels so right 🤍

Hydroguard was born from a mother’s search for health. When my son struggled with eczema and allergies, I realised how much the water we drink and bathe in really matters. Clean, safe water should be a right, not a luxury. That belief is behind everything we do, from our tap and shower filters to Aura, our handcrafted Brazilian terracotta bottle. And every filter cartridge saves the equivalent of 40,000 plastic bottles from our oceans 🌊

Rise & Hydrate is that mission brought to life: a morning to move, breathe and hydrate the way nature intended.

💪 Functional training at 8:00am
🧘‍♀️ Guided yoga with Dani at 8:50am, by the ocean
