Our first PEACHED! Glute Camp is officially in the books, and my heart is so full. 🍑🧡

Thank you to every single woman who showed up, pushed yourself, encouraged someone else, and brought the best energy. This is exactly the kind of community I dreamed of creating.

Seeing everyone laughing, sweating, and leaving stronger than they came reminded me why I started this in the first place.

If you missed this one, don’t worry—we’re doing it again!

Some days I’m crushing goals and others I’m simply trying to make it through.
The goal isn’t perfection, it’s to keep showing up even when you’re tired and no one’s watching.

Becoming that girl isn’t about becoming someone else but becoming the version of YOU that you’ve been working toward✨💖

✨More disciplined.
✨More confident.
✨More balanced.
✨More intentional.

And baby… we’re just getting started. 🍑✨

✨ Life is going to keep throwing curveballs… but the question is, are you going to cry about it or BOSS UP?! 💅🏽

Some seasons will test you, stretch you, and force you to become a version of yourself you didn’t even know existed. And that’s okay. Feel your feelings, take your moment… then get back up and handle your business.👑

You’ve survived every hard day you thought would break you. This one won’t be any different. 💕

Cry if you need to. Pray if you need to. Rest if you need to. But whatever you do… DON’T QUIT.🫶🏽✨
