This is a little clip of me and my favourite people playing D&D — and honestly? moments like these are the reason I keep going. I haven’t been posting much tattoo stuff lately, and I wanted to be real with you all about why: I’ve been dealing with massive life altering problems, things that make it all hard to even continue on. Also, smaller internal career things like with imposter syndrome hitting harder than ever, zero confidence, and straight up burnout that made me want to step back from everything. there were days I felt like I didn’t belong anywhere, or that what I do or share doesn’t matter.Not only this, but it feels like art and life itself are becoming less and less human and more AI. Everything is too fast, perfect, generated, copied, mass-produced for people who want things NOW... and it honestly breaks my heart. I miss the part where art is an extension of us - our stories, our scars, our joy, our messy beautiful humanity. It feels like we're slowly losing that special, warm, human spark that makes things matter, that makes things mean something. But slowly, piece by piece, I’m getting back on track 🤍 and having nights like this, laughing, creating stories, rolling dice, and being surrounded by people who love and support me exactly as I am? that’s what keeps me here. that’s what keeps me going. To my party, my chosen family, my friends — @vertical_mystic @lauralukee @a__a__ronn @oldeltonsclothing @kylekirkhouse thank you. thank you for showing up, for making me feel safe, for the chaos, the inside jokes, the adventures we’ll talk about for years, and for loving me even when I can’t love myself.
