This summer, I had the privilege of helping lead the BAM Summer Mentorship Program alongside an incredible team of mentors, volunteers, and community partners. Watching students grow their confidence, explore STEM careers, build new skills, and present their ideas was the highlight of the summer.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and to our partners who opened their doors and poured into these future leaders.

Last week, I had the honor of speaking at the @saschampionship Career Day! ⛳️
It was an amazing experience connecting with HBCU students, sharing my journey from a student-athlete at Winston-Salem State University to building a career in tech at Microsoft.

I’m always reminded how important it is to pour back into the next generation to inspire, mentor, and show that with faith, focus, and consistency, anything is possible.
