“HAPPINESS IS SIMPLE!!”

What happens when you step out of your head and into the rhythm? For many, starting dance isn’t just about learning steps—it’s about finding a deeper understanding of yourself, experiencing extreme joy, and building a profound connection not only with others, but most importantly, with yourself. taken in Golden Palm Boutique Harare by @a_dance_experience.co

📋💃 *Is Dancing the Secret to a Better Life?*

We're looking at what the research actually says about dancing and your health. Swipe through 👉
A few highlights:

🧠 A Sharper Mind — better memory, sharper thinking, stronger social connection

💚 Better Mental Health — may support mood as effectively as traditional exercise, sometimes more so

💪 More Strength, Better Balance — key markers of how well and how long we move

❤️ A Longer, Heart-Healthy Life — better blood pressure and cholesterol markers

All backed by real research — full citations in the last slide.

Every benefit above starts on the floor, not in a lab. 📲 Scan through to join a class this week and feel it for yourself. taken in Harare, Zimbabwe by @a_dance_experience.co

If anyone is watching this and actually knows Spanish and specifically knows the Casino de Rueda calls that I'm supposed to be saying... Please excuse my brain 😳🤯

I lean on my natural abilities in my hobbies, however language is not one of those...

I humbly submit my corrections for you reconsideration 🙏🏾:

Al Centro = El Medico
Para Abajo= the first thing I got right 🤓✅
Sombrero= Exhibela.... In my mind I'm drawing a sombrero above the head 🤣
Dile Qe No= the second thing I got right 🤓
Guapeya= I was on a roll...✔️✅💯
Arroho = Dame Uno....I don't know what I was saying 😶‍🌫️

Oh.... We have been doing the Rueda after 4 months learning cross body on 1...we are better than this 🤣🤣😳 taken in On the Roof by @a_dance_experience.co
