A little over a year ago I decided to stop drinking and here’s what that did for my body.
Shocker, lost a lot of unnecessary weight and am now able to my exercise daily, get 7-8 hrs of sleep a night, and maintain eating a proper diet (on top of so much more let’s be real, alcohol has no positive impact on the human body or mind).
Best part is, I am 2 days away from my 30th birthday and in better shape than I was going into my 20s! 😝 by @a_demonte94

October recap part 2 ft. Meeee & friends ✨
Not only was it an amazing month, but I also had an amazing birthday! Went the entire month without drinking and the growth I have seen in myself and my life is something I cannot be more grateful for.

Was pregnant in 2020 with my 3rd baby girl, got stuck with a drive-thru graduation for my Associates degree.

Then comes the Bachelors degree, missed the graduation to be in Montana for my best friends wedding. She gave me an improve photoshot and I have zero regrets with the decision I made to be there for her and her husband for the big day 🥰 by @a_demonte94

I have come a loooong way and still have a long way to go!
1 year ago I was 4 months pp with my 3rd child. Just working out to drop the baby weight from having baby #2 & #3 back to back…Dropped the weight, added some boobs and loooved my body! Stopped working out for awhile but I missssed it.
So three months ago I decided to get back to get, even upped my game and switched from home workouts to the gym and a strict nutrition plan to help me gain!
I love watching my body grow, I was 137lbs in the bottom photos and now I’m 114lbs and still working hard to gain more 😈

None of this would have been possible without my coach @zoieceleste_fit & her plans with @strengthtothrive_ ❤️ can’t wait to see where I am at in another year 😈 by @a_demonte94
