Exactly a month ago today, I directed a full-length theatrical musical at the National Theatre’s main auditorium.It was He Lives—a melodramatic, chorale production with the @dynamic_choir A fusion of drama, mime, scripture, and chorale music. Powerful. Poetic. Demanding.This was my first time single-handedly steering a production of this scale on that historic stage.
