Im excited to announce my next in person workshop.
Scheduled at the beautiful Wallkill Greenhouse.

For this gathering. We have frames for you to paint the version of yourself you see.
And/or would like to see in yourself.

Coincidentally, we are scheduled to gather right after a full moon. I feel the energy will still be strong enough to work with.
So that we can release through its veil.
Making space for the best version of ourselves to come out.

As I build the itenery.
You can imagine us starting with a guided meditation with the selected essential oil blend.

While you sip a tea brew for the evening. Assisting in your intuitive nature.

This meditation will guide your artsy way. Before you start painting.
As the goal of the session is to continually ask yourself. "WHO AM I ?"

There’s something that happens when we gather in safe spaces.

Laughter feels more vibrant.
Heaviness feels lighter.
Darkness feels less lonely.
Healing feels possible.

And maybe that’s the magic.

We gathered.
We laughed.
Some of us cried.
We moved.
We connected.
We cared for ourselves.
We shared space with women we knew—and women we were meeting for the first time.

And somehow, we all gained something.

A new connection.
A moment of clarity.
A little courage.
A good laugh.
A feeling of being seen.
A reminder that we don't have to carry everything alone.

And before we left…

we swept the crap right out the door. 🧹✨

Because healing doesn't always have to look serious.

Sometimes healing looks like dancing.
Sometimes it looks like laughing until your stomach hurts.
Sometimes it looks like a stranger becoming a sister.
Sometimes it looks like finally exhaling.

This was Hudson Valley Sister Social.
